Notifyra provides SMS and MMS messaging services that allow businesses to communicate with their customers via text messages. Message frequency varies by business and program you subscribe to.
Message Types Include:
- Marketing and promotional messages
- Transactional notifications (order updates, confirmations)
- Account alerts and service notifications
- Appointment reminders
- Customer service communications
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you:
- Expressly consent to receive text messages from the specific business or program
- Confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the provided phone number
- Agree that consent is not required as a condition of purchase
- Understand message frequency varies (typically 1-10 messages per month unless otherwise stated)
- Acknowledge message and data rates may apply
3. Message & Data Rates
Notifyra is not responsible for carrier charges. Check with your carrier about charges, coverage, and plan details.
4. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt-out of messages at any time by:
- Text STOP: Reply STOP to any message
- Alternative Keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT
- Effect: You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages
- Per-Business: Opting out from one business does not affect subscriptions to other businesses
Example STOP Confirmation:
"You have successfully unsubscribed from [Business Name] messages. You will not receive further messages. Reply START to resubscribe."
5. How to Get Help (HELP)

- Contact Business: Each business provides their contact information in the HELP response

- Device or network incompatibilities
